Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All places must be booked and paid for in advance. Numbers are capped (usually 8–10 people) to keep the group small and ensure everyone has space to contribute. Your place is confirmed once full payment is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling 30+ days’ notice: Full refund minus any non-recoverable venue or supplier costs. 14–30 days’ notice: 50% refund. Less than 14 days / no-show: No refund. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior agreement. Refunds Online bookings include a 14-day cooling-off period. If the event takes place within that window or pre-work has already begun, you agree to waive cancellation rights so the event can go ahead. After the cooling-off period (or once waived), refunds follow the cancellation schedule above. Practicalities Events are held at external venues unless otherwise stated. Travel, accommodation, and related costs are not included. Please share any accessibility or mobility needs in advance so arrangements can be made. Confidentiality & Conduct The Collective Reset is a professional, confidential space. What’s shared in the room (or Zoom) stays there. We reserve the right to pause or end participation if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive; no refund will be due. Force Majeure If unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g. illness, travel disruption, strikes, or venue closure) prevent the event from going ahead, we’ll reschedule at the earliest possible date.
