A Catalyst Day is for people who know something needs to be dealt with and want to address it directly, in a focused way

It’s used when thinking, talking, or pushing through hasn’t shifted the situation

Does it really work in one day?

Yes. By stripping away the narrative and focusing on what is driving the situation, one day is sufficient to reach the core of the pattern. The constraint of a single day is what makes the work effective

Is this therapy?

No. It is a structured working day focused on the mechanics of a situation, the quality of your judgment, and the specific way responsibility is being handled

What if a situation is highly charged?
If a situation is emotional, it is handled directly and professionally. We address the pressure as a data point in the system so it stops being an obstacle to movement
