What People Ask
Why choose Rosina as your coach?
Because I bring real-world experience and practical ways to help you understand yourself — to see the patterns behind your stress and change how you respond
What if I’ve never done anything like this before - or feel nervous?
That’s normal. You don’t need to know the tools. I’ll guide you through everything and keep the pace comfortable
Do I need to prepare or know what to focus on?
No. You’ll get a short pre-call and a personalised report to spark reflection, then we’ll set the focus together
Is this therapy?
No. It’s an intensive coaching experience — structured, practical and emotionally supportive
What if it gets emotional?
It can. We use proven techniques to help release what’s ready, safely and gently. Everything is confidential
Will it really work in one day?
Yes. Because we go straight to the root. Some shifts happen instantly, others unfold after — but you’ll leave clear and focused
Do you guarantee results?
No guarantees — just a focused, immersive day designed to shift perspective and create momentum

Before the Day
What happens before my Catalyst Day?
Ahead of the day, you’ll receive your Human Design blueprint and a short pre-questionnaire. This gives us a starting point so we hit the ground running — no generic exercises, just work tailored to you
During the Day
How long is a Catalyst Day?
Usually between six and seven hours, with breaks built in. Every session is slightly different because it’s designed around you
Is it in-person or virtual?
Both options are available. Most clients prefer in-person, but online works equally well if travel’s difficult

After the Day
What happens afterwards?
You’ll have a follow-up call (usually 45–60 minutes) to integrate what came up and talk through how it’s showing up in real life. Many clients notice continued clarity, steadier energy, and more confident decision-making in the weeks that follow
Do you provide written notes or a report?
No. The work is experiential — you’ll take away insights that are embodied, not documented. Your Human Design report is there to revisit as context, but it’s not a written summary of the session
