Meet Rosina

I know midlife malaise — that restless “there must be more than this” feeling

After nearly three decades in investment management, the long hours, constant meetings and politics wore me down

I didn’t leave because I failed. I left because I couldn’t ignore the voice saying, “this isn’t it.”

That moment taught me something important — real change doesn’t have to take years. It became the foundation for my rapid breakthrough approach: deep, focused work that gets to the root fast and creates movement in a single day

My work now is about helping others do the same — find clarity, energy and purpose without burning everything down

You're in Safe Hands

In my City career, I worked with investment consultants as clients — helping fund managers and leaders prepare for tough meetings, cut through complexity and tell stories that built trust. It taught me how to create clarity under pressure and give people the confidence to act

Now I bring the same clarity to individuals and teams — not portfolios. I help people have the conversations they've been avoiding so they can see what's really going on and do something about it

The Values I Stand By

  • Courage
Facing difficult truths and taking action, even when it's uncomfortable

  • Integrity
Keeping words, decisions and behaviour aligned

  • Emotional Intelligence
Reading the room, recognising emotion and responding with awareness

  • Connection
Creating trust and psychological safety — space for honesty without fear

My Story

Most of my career was spent in senior roles at global asset management firms — preparing leaders for consultant reviews, building relationships with investment consultants and navigating the politics of managing billions in client assets. I was successful, but the pace and pressure took their toll

Towards the end, I tried a new role, hoping it would reignite my spark. It didn’t — and the thought of 15 more years like that filled me with dread

What helped me shift were one-off, immersive coaching days. At first they were survival — a way to catch my breath. Over time they gave me space to see what needed to change

That’s how the Catalyst Day was born — one day to stop, make sense of things and reset before life makes that decision for you

You don’t need months of coaching or a full reinvention

Just one day to step back, see clearly and move forward differently

A Pause for Letting Go

When we stop gripping so tightly to what we think life should look like, we create space for something better to take shape

Letting go isn't weakness, it's choosing peace, ease and the freedom to move forward unencumbered by doubt

It’s not about reinventing yourself

It’s about coming back to who you’ve always been — and finally letting that person lead
