ABOUT ROSINA

I spent my career managing relationships, performance and competing interests. Busy, stressed, fearful. I know what it costs to be good at it.

I held everything together while under pressure. Bullying, self-doubt, and years of pain from knee surgeries converged until I had to face my part and face the shame and behaviours I wasn't proud of.

I chose to stop and ask why the same fear and self-doubt kept finding me, at work and at home, regardless of what changed around me.

WHY ROSINA

Time-poor, cash rich, and unwilling to spend months on something that would only skim the surface.

I'd reached a point where something had to give, but I didn't have months to give it. I needed something that reached the root fast, without upending the life I still had to live. This wasn't the quest for a quick fix or gimmick, it was depth and relief without the disruption.

I trained alongside my full time role in the modalities that gave me the biggest relief, and built the Catalyst Day around what worked for me, not around one method I happened to like.

TRAINING

Awareness creates choice. It does not create change.

Seeing a pattern clearly is the first step. It gives you a choice where before there was reaction. But awareness does not change it, because the pattern is never only in your head. It is in how you think, in how you are designed to operate, and in what your body has been holding. Repeat a response often enough and it stops being something you do. It becomes what you believe about who you are. The change comes from working all three, mind, energy and body, at once, which is why I trained across disciplines and not one technique.

Neurological

What's happening in the brain. Your learned patterns, beliefs, and automatic responses. The meaning you attach to events, the stories running in the background, your nervous system's conditioned responses. This shapes what you believe is possible before you've consciously decided anything.

Somatic

What's happening in the body. Your body knows before your mind catches up, a tight chest, a clenched jaw, shallow breathing, the impulse to withdraw, fight, freeze or people-please. Learning to recognise and work with those responses is part of the change.

Energetic

What's happening in your overall state. The quality and direction of your energy, where your attention goes, what feels expansive and what feels contracted, whether you're moving toward something or endlessly resisting it. This layer helps define the art of the possible.

These constantly feed each other. A belief creates a physical response. A physical state changes what you think. Both shape your motivation, your attention and your sense of what's possible. Change happens when the mind, body and energy are all addressed together, not when you try to think your way to a different outcome while the rest of you is still saying no.

A Catalyst Day works all three at once, in one sitting, because a pattern held in only one of them would have resolved on its own by now.
