Mid-Life Interventionist

Principal Intervention Specialist
I spent three decades in Global Asset Management, including roles as Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA Consultant Relations and Director of Asset Management Sales. I worked across investment, sales and operations in environments defined by scrutiny, politics and difficult personalities
For years I operated in a heightened state, reactive and constantly proving. Redundancy, workplace conflict and later personal and physical trauma exposed how embedded that pattern had become. The impact was psychological and physical, including knee surgery and chronic pain
I reached a point where I was no longer prepared to operate that way
I began investing in intensive one-day interventions to address what had become structural rather than situational. The work altered how I operated and clarified what I no longer wanted
I left Asset Management and trained deeply in NLP, EFT, Timeline processes, Hypnotherapy and Human Design. I now work with experienced professionals through structured, contained interventions that address the patterns sustaining a situation rather than it's surface level symptoms
The situations I work with are ones I have navigated myself. That is not incidental to the work - it is the basis of it
