ABOUT ROSINA

For most of my career, I assumed the problem was me.

nearly thirty years in financial services, over-delivering, taking on too much, measuring my worth by what I produced rather than who I was. What I found on the other side was not that something was wrong with me. It was that I had spent years solving the wrong problem, focusing on the symptoms while missing the pattern creating them. That is the work I do now.

WHY ROSINA

A career spent reading people under pressure.

I spent nearly thirty years in global asset management, in consultant relations and client leadership with institutional investors. I worked in an industry where relationships, competing interests and performance all had to be managed at once, and where the real driver of a decision was rarely the one stated in the room.

That is not incidental to this work. It is the basis of it. I know what organisations do when conflict arises, and what it costs the people quietly absorbing it.

TRAINING

Awareness creates choice. It does not create change.

Seeing a pattern clearly is the first step. It gives you a choice where before there was reaction. But awareness does not change it, because the pattern is never only in your head. It is in how you think, in how you are designed to operate, and in what your body has been carrying. The change comes from working all three at once, which is why I trained across disciplines and not one technique.

Neurological

The beliefs and automatic responses that run beneath deliberate thought, where the pattern repeats no matter how clearly you understand it.

Energetic

How you are designed to make decisions and manage energy, which explains why this particular pattern takes hold for you and not for someone else.

Somatic

The strain a situation leaves in the body, so the pattern resolves and settles rather than being understood and quietly carried on.

The methods I work with each reach across more than one of these. Hypnotherapy and EFT, for instance, work neurologically and somatically at the same time. That overlap is the point: it is what lets a single day move a pattern on every level it is held.
