Mid-Life Interventionist
The Catalyst Day: One-Day Intervention
A high-intensity working session for when the same issues continue to recur - in professional leadership, key relationships, or complex life situations
One day is sufficient. This is not an exercise in effort or "trying harder." It is a technical intervention to identify and resolve the specific drivers maintaining the deadlock

What the day works with
What’s keeping a situation looping or unresolved - including patterns of response, assumptions, relationship dynamics, and practical constraints
This is not therapy, ongoing coaching or leadership training

How It Works
We work directly with the psychological and emotional drivers behind the situation — the beliefs, response patterns, and relational dynamics that keep it active — using methods that work below the level of rational analysis, where talking it through has already reached its limit

Who It's For
The Catalyst Day is used by people who are dealing with situations that aren’t resolving through effort, thinking, or discussion alone

After the Catalyst Day, I saw what was driving the situation and made the decision I'd been putting off for months
