The Catalyst Day
You've tried the obvious things. Different role. Different team. Different approach. The pattern returned.
The Catalyst Day is for the point where you're ready to look at what's producing the situation, not what would make it more bearable.
Some situations don't resolve through effort, conversation or waiting
What Brings People Here
A conflict that HR and leadership acknowledged and didn't resolve.
A dynamic that ended when you moved on, then reappeared somewhere else with different people and the same underlying feelings.
A decision you haven't been able to make for months.
The recognition that your current arrangement is no longer sustainable and you can't see a way through it alone.

Why This Works, When Talking Hasn't
These methods don't ask you to keep returning to what happened. They resolve the charge attached to it so it stops producing the same response.
Clinical research by Dr Peta Stapleton, the leading academic researcher in EFT, demonstrates these approaches produce faster and more durable resolution than traditional talk-based therapy.
One focused day on one specific situation goes considerably deeper than months of weekly sessions, without the repeated revisiting that open-ended processes require.
01. Advanced EFT
Reduces the emotional charge attached to the situation so it stops producing the same response.
02. Master NLP
Identifies the patterns structuring your responses and interrupts them at source.
03. Hypnotherapy
Works below the level where conscious reasoning operates to change automatic responses.
04. Timeline Therapy
Addresses what is sustaining the pattern rather than managing the current symptoms.

05. Human Design
Where relevant, a personalised Human Design report is prepared in advance of the day. It identifies your natural strengths and operating style, and explains why certain patterns, including how you affect others, how others affect you, and the dynamics you tend to attract, keep recurring in the way they do.
This is not personality typing. It is a map of how you are built to function and where learned behaviour has overridden that.
Who It's For
Professionals who have exhausted the standard approaches and recognise something deeper is operating.
Not for people at the beginning of a conflict. For people who have been in something long enough to suspect their role as common denominator is worth examining.
What the Day Does
One day. One to one. Structured and intensive.
We identify the pattern producing the situation and interrupt it at source. We look at what you're responding to, how your responses are affecting the dynamic, and what's keeping it in place.
What You Leave With
You leave with a clear account of what has been driving the situation, what your role in it has been, and what specifically changes when you stop providing the conditions the pattern needs.
Most people find that clarity alone changes something. The methods ensure the shift is not just intellectual.
Why One Day
You don't need months of weekly sessions. You need the pattern identified and interrupted.
One continuous day means the work builds rather than restarts. No gap between sessions for the situation to reinforce itself. What you examine in the morning informs what we address in the afternoon.
This is not open-ended. It has a beginning, a structure, and an end.

Why Rosina?
I spent nearly thirty years in senior roles in Asset Management so I understand professional culture from the inside, including what organisations do when conflict is inconvenient, and what it costs the people they expect to put up with it.
I have navigated the situations I now work with. That is not incidental to this work. It is the basis of it.
JS, Marketing Executive
I came to the Catalyst Day after seven months dealing with a very toxic work environment that ultimately forced a transition I hadn’t chosen but needed. Confidence badly damaged, anger turned inward, and no clarity on what came next. Rosina’s corporate background meant she understood the dynamics immediately - no lengthy explanations required. The day was intensive and emotionally honest. EFT helped me surface and release feelings I’d been suppressing for months, even years. The most significant shift was recognising how my own perceptions and responses were shaping the dynamic, not just what was being done to me. Throughout, I felt no judgment - but Rosina remained objective, which made the process both safe and useful. The Human Design report added unexpected depth - understanding how I process signals, make decisions, and manage energy under pressure. I left with less charge around what happened, clarity on what I want next, and practical tools I’ve since applied, including mental preparation for interviews.
SB, Product Manager
"Rosina helped me see patterns, challenges, and blind spots I hadn't been fully aware of. The Human Design report she prepared was thorough, insightful, and personalised in a way I've never experienced before. I left with a much deeper understanding of myself and how I operate, with clarity, direction, and a renewed sense of confidence. A rare blend of professionalism and genuine care."
