These Terms and Conditions set out how you (the User) can use this Site.

The Rosina Barnett Coaching Privacy Statement is set out in a separate page and confirms how we use data relating to you and it forms part of these Terms of Use.

Separate legal terms apply to purchases made via this Site.

These terms may change from time to time and the terms in force will be displayed on this page.

By visiting rosinabarnett.com you are consenting to our terms and conditions as set out below. Should you not wish to accept the terms and conditions of this Site in full you should cease using this Site immediately.

This website, rosinabarnett.com, will be referred to as the “Site”. All visitors to the Site will be referred to as “User” “You” or “Your”. As a user, you will be bound by these Terms of Use which may also be referred to from time to time as Terms and Conditions. The terms “We” “Us” and “Our” refer to Rosina Barnett Coaching. Accessing and using the Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use.

By using this Site you agree to the Terms and Conditions without modification. We reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use of this Site and on doing so we will update these Terms and Conditions.

This Site is intended for use by persons who are a minimum of 18 years old.

You must not copy, share or disseminate the information on this site which is subject to copyright for which all rights are reserved.

This Site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that the content will be available or appropriate in other locations. This Site is written in English and we do not take responsibility for any translations which are applied to this Site.

In using this Site you may encounter comments and/or content supplied by other users. The information contained within user comments is not verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on the Site do not represent our views or values.

The content on this Site, and the associated social media channels — LinkedIn (Rosina Barnett), Instagram (@rosina_barnett_coaching) and Facebook (Rosina Barnett Coaching) — and email marketing, will include information on coaching and personal development. All content is intended for informational and educational purposes only. None of the content in emails, blog posts or social media posts should be construed as financial, therapeutic or medical advice.

SITE OPERATION

This Site is available free of charge.

We do not guarantee the availability of any Site or content. We reserve all rights to withdraw, suspend or restrict the content at any time for any reasons. Where possible, we will give you reasonable notice if the Site is to be suspended.

We do not guarantee that this Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You may not use our intellectual property in any way without prior written permission. This includes (but is not limited to) republishing, copying, modifying or sharing any text, graphics, audio, video or layouts from this Site, our social media channels or emails.

If you wish to request permission, please contact rosina@rosinabarnett.com. Where permission is granted, you must link back to the original source and notify us so we can acknowledge or reshare.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Notwithstanding any of these terms, we do not intend to exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. To the maximum extent permissible at law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant service or product.

If defective digital content that we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation.

PAYMENT TERMS

All fees are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Catalyst Days, Human Design readings and bespoke sessions are payable in advance to confirm your place.
Where payment plans are offered, all instalments must be made on time; failure to do so may result in cancellation of future sessions without refund.
All fees are quoted in GBP and include applicable UK taxes where relevant.

REFUND POLICY

When you purchase a Catalyst Day, Human Design Reading, or any personalised coaching service, a contract of sale is formed at the point of purchase. You have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you can request a refund.

If your programme or sessions begin within that 14-day period and you later cancel, you’ll be refunded minus the value of any time or services already delivered. Deductions are calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Human Design Readings:
Work on your personalised chart begins once your birth details are received and preparation starts. By submitting those details, you confirm your agreement for work to begin before the end of the cooling-off period. If you cancel after this point but before the live session takes place, a partial refund of 25% of the total fee will be issued. The remaining 75% covers the preparation and analysis work already completed. Once the live session has been delivered, no refund will be available.

For digital products (such as downloads), by agreeing to immediate delivery you confirm your express consent to waive the 14-day cancellation period. Once access has been granted, no refunds are available.

Our sessions may include emotional release techniques, energy-based practices, or somatic awareness work. These are complementary methods and not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis or treatment.

Please disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions (such as recent surgery, chronic pain, PTSD, or other diagnosed conditions) before your session so we can tailor the work safely.

If you are currently under the care of a medical or mental-health professional, please seek their advice before participating.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone sessions if we believe it would not be in your best interest to continue.

JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or proceedings arising out of the use of this Site.

It is intended that all disputes can be resolved with good faith between the parties. Should it not be possible to resolve a dispute then the dispute shall be referred to mediation.

DATA AND RECORDING CONSENT

In order to prepare Human Design Readings and Catalyst Day sessions, we may collect personal data such as your birth details and questionnaire responses. These are used solely to deliver your service and will never be shared or sold.
Occasionally, sessions may be recorded (audio or video) for your personal reference or for quality assurance, but only with your explicit consent in advance.

COOKIES POLICY

This Site uses cookies; small files of letter and numbers that are automatically placed on your machine – if you agree - to help our Site provide a better user experience.

Cookies do not typically include identifying personal information but cookies may also be linked to personal information which is stored about you.

HUMAN DESIGN READINGS

Human Design Readings allow you to discover what makes you different from everyone else. They offer a map of your unique genetic design with information which can guide you to living a life which is in sync with who you are.

Once you have paid for your Catalyst Day you will be invited to provide information in advance of your session. It is important that you are aware that any information you provide will be used to create a body graph which to assess the way you impact the world. The findings from the graph will allow you to see how you may operate in alignment with the world and your surroundings. Therefore, it is important that any information that you provide in the booking form is correct and accurate and includes your personal information. Any incorrect information will invalidate the results.

Following receipt of the completed information a bespoke Human Design map will be created based on the information you have provided.

The Human Design readings will form part of your Catalyst Day session in which you will be able to better understand how you can use your Human Design to understand yourself and your relationships with others and how you may use those to improve the quality of your life.

Whilst many clients experience more awareness of self as a result of our services, we offer no guarantees. Each person is different and results may vary.

All services are performed by Rosina Barnett as sole trader. No services are outsourced.

Once work on your personalised chart has begun, it is considered a bespoke service and is therefore non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy above.

MISCELLANEOUS

Whilst using this Site you may provide personal information about yourself including your name and email address. When providing these details, you agree to provide accurate and up to date information.

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Site. Purchase of any service forms a separate contract under the sale terms set out above.
