Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Catalyst Days must be booked and paid for in advance. Your date is confirmed once payment is received, and you’ll receive joining details and pre-work materials to set the focus for your day. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule once at no cost. 24–48 hours’ notice: Reschedule once without charge; further short-notice changes may be declined. Less than 24 hours / no-show: The day is forfeited and non-refundable. If something urgent arises, contact me directly — I’ll always respond with care, though reschedules can’t be guaranteed. Refunds When you book, a contract of sale is formed. You have a 14-day cooling-off period in which to request a refund. If your Catalyst Day is scheduled within that 14-day window and I’ve begun preparing your bespoke materials (including your Human Design chart), you confirm your consent to waive the cooling-off period. In that case, the booking becomes non-refundable. After 14 days, all bookings are non-refundable. Practicalities If travel is required, agreed expenses may apply. Please share any accessibility, mobility, or wellbeing needs so I can plan accordingly. Confidentiality & Conduct All sessions are confidential and never recorded without consent. The day provides a safe, professional space; if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, the session may be paused or ended with no refund due. Force Majeure If unforeseen events outside our control prevent the session from going ahead (e.g. illness, travel disruption, or venue closure), we’ll reschedule as soon as possible.
