Service Description
This is for a specific moment that matters. An interview. A pitch. A meeting that you know will be charged. It runs for two to four hours and focuses on one situation only. We get clear on your objective. We tighten your positioning. We work through how your responses are likely to land. And we prepare you for the part that usually throws people off, which is not the content but the reaction in the room. We regulate the emotional charge so you are not walking in already braced. We pressure-test your thinking so you are not caught off guard. The aim is simple: you remain measured and clear, even if the other person does not. You leave knowing what you are saying, why you are saying it, and how you will hold your ground if the dynamic shifts. Used by senior professionals who understand that one meeting can change direction, reputation, or trajectory. Investment confirmed on enquiry.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Format Sessions must be booked and paid in advance. Up to 2 hours, delivered online via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed). Once payment is received, your time is confirmed and reserved for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client) 48+ hours’ notice: Reschedule once at no cost. 24–48 hours’ notice: Reschedule once; 25% rebooking fee applies. <24 hours / no-show: Session forfeited; no refund or reschedule. Refunds A 14-day cooling-off period applies to online bookings. If your session is within that 14-day window, or if prep work has begun (e.g., reviewing your slides/notes), you agree to waive the cooling-off period so the session can proceed. Once prep has begun, no refunds are available. Otherwise, bookings are non-refundable except as required by law. Preparation Please share relevant materials (slides, notes, meeting context) 24+ hours before the session. If materials arrive late, the session will still run but may be less effective. Confidentiality The session is confidential and not recorded without mutual consent. Force Majeure If events beyond our control (e.g., illness, platform outage, transport/utility disruption) prevent the session, we’ll reschedule at the earliest possible time; if that’s not possible, you’ll receive a full refund for any undelivered service.
