Mid-Life Interventionist
Corporate Catalyst Day
A one-day intervention used when workplace dynamics are getting in the way of the work
Service Description
A focused working day for teams dealing with issues that aren’t being handled directly. When unspoken tensions, difficult relationships or unclear priorities start to get in the way of the work, progress slows and effort goes into managing situations rather than addressing them. The Catalyst Day gives teams protected time to deal with what’s being worked around. Conflict, blocked conversations and role friction are addressed so the team can move forward with fewer repeats and less drag. The work is practical, structured and grounded in the real issues the team is facing. Small group sizes ensure discussions stay relevant and direct. This is not a wellbeing offsite or leadership programme. It’s a focused intervention used to deal with situations that matter. Investment: From £3,000 (depending on group size, scope, and location) All bookings subject to Terms & Conditions and refund policy If you're considering a Catalyst Day for your team, the first step is a short conversation to check fit.
