Service Description

The Corporate Catalyst Day is a one-day intervention for when workplace conflict is getting in the way of the work. It is commissioned by senior leaders or HR, for the individuals involved or a small group. When a team keeps hitting the same conflict, deadlock or breakdown in communication, the cost shows up in decisions, retention and culture long before anyone names it. This is workplace conflict resolution that deals with what is driving the situation, directly and with the people involved, rather than working around it. Acting early means you can resolve disputes while people are still willing to talk, retain valued employees who might otherwise leave, protect the culture around the people involved, and address concerns while they are still informal, before they escalate to grievances or tribunals. A focused day is a fraction of the cost of litigation, a drawn-out grievance, or recruiting to replace someone who leaves, and the people involved keep control of the outcome. Around six hours, in person in the UK or online. Begins with a preliminary conversation to understand the situation and decide the right approach. From £3,000.
