Service Description

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice involving light touch or hands held just above the body. During a session, you remain fully clothed while I work through a sequence of hand positions. People experience Reiki in different ways. You might notice warmth, tingling, a sense of deep relaxation or very little at all. There is no particular experience you are supposed to have. Sessions are calm and unhurried. You can simply lie back, relax and see what you notice. A note about location: Reiki sessions take place in my home in Guildford. I have dogs, so there may be a little canine enthusiasm when you arrive. They won't be in the room during your session.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. Sessions run up to 60 minutes and are delivered in person in Guildford (unless otherwise agreed). Once payment is made, your time is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule once at no cost. 24–48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule once, but a 25% rebooking fee applies. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The session is forfeited. No refunds or reschedules. Refunds All bookings are non-refundable except as required by consumer law. A 14-day cooling-off period applies to online bookings. If your session is scheduled within that 14-day period, you confirm your consent to waive the cooling-off period so the session can go ahead. Once preparation has begun (for example, reviewing your intake form or tailoring your tapping plan), no refunds are available. Preparation You’ll be asked to complete a short pre-session form to identify what’s front of mind and ensure the session is safe and effective. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your session — this helps us focus on what matters most for you. What happens if we cancel? If I need to cancel, you’ll be offered either: A rescheduled session, or A full refund. Contact For booking or refund queries, please email rosina@rosinabarnett.com
