Service Description
Strategic Intervention is focused preparation coaching for a specific moment that matters: a presentation, pitch, interview, key stakeholder meeting or difficult conversation. It works on both sides of the moment. The thinking: clarity on your messaging, and the angles and points of view you have not yet considered, including how it looks from the other side of the table. And the charge underneath: the stage fright before speaking, the nerves before an interview, getting the anger out before a difficult conversation, and understanding why they are being the way they are and why you are reacting the way you are. Most preparation works only on what you will say. This works on what you will say and the state you say it in, which is what decides how it is received. You walk in clear, steady and genuinely prepared rather than just rehearsed. Around two hours, in person in the UK or online, booked ahead of the moment you are preparing for.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Format Sessions must be booked and paid in advance. Up to 2 hours, delivered online via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed). Once payment is received, your time is confirmed and reserved for you. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client) 48+ hours’ notice: Reschedule once at no cost. 24–48 hours’ notice: Reschedule once; 25% rebooking fee applies. <24 hours / no-show: Session forfeited; no refund or reschedule. Refunds A 14-day cooling-off period applies to online bookings. If your session is within that 14-day window, or if prep work has begun (e.g., reviewing your slides/notes), you agree to waive the cooling-off period so the session can proceed. Once prep has begun, no refunds are available. Otherwise, bookings are non-refundable except as required by law. Preparation Please share relevant materials (slides, notes, meeting context) 24+ hours before the session. If materials arrive late, the session will still run but may be less effective. Confidentiality The session is confidential and not recorded without mutual consent. Force Majeure If events beyond our control (e.g., illness, platform outage, transport/utility disruption) prevent the session, we’ll reschedule at the earliest possible time; if that’s not possible, you’ll receive a full refund for any undelivered service.
