Service Description
The Catalyst Day is a private one-day coaching intensive for experienced professionals, built for the situations that keep returning despite your experience and effort. When the same conflict, the same frustration, or the same difficult dynamic keeps coming back, the problem is seldom the circumstances alone. Something underneath is holding the pattern in place. A one-day coaching intensive gives us the time and focus to find what that is and interrupt it at source, rather than managing the symptoms again. The day is tailored to you. It may involve mapping the dynamics holding the situation in place, surfacing the beliefs or values driving it, lowering the emotional charge tied to past or anticipated events, and getting clear on the patterns in how you decide and react. The methods are drawn from a range of approaches, including EFT, NLP, Timeline Therapy, hypnotherapy and Human Design, used as each situation needs. Why one day rather than a long programme? Often only a small number of things are holding a situation in place. Once those are dealt with, perspective and behaviour can shift quickly, and a single focused day is enough to reach them. You leave with less conflict and reactivity, more composure and clarity, better interactions with the people who matter, and the issue no longer occupying your attention. Around six to seven hours, in person from Surrey or online across the UK and internationally. Every engagement begins with a free preliminary conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Catalyst Days must be booked and paid for in advance. Your date is confirmed once payment is received, and you’ll receive joining details and pre-work materials to set the focus for your day. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule once at no cost. 24–48 hours’ notice: Reschedule once without charge; further short-notice changes may be declined. Less than 24 hours / no-show: The day is forfeited and non-refundable. If something urgent arises, contact me directly — I’ll always respond with care, though reschedules can’t be guaranteed. Refunds When you book, a contract of sale is formed. You have a 14-day cooling-off period in which to request a refund. If your Catalyst Day is scheduled within that 14-day window and I’ve begun preparing your bespoke materials (including your Human Design chart), you confirm your consent to waive the cooling-off period. In that case, the booking becomes non-refundable. After 14 days, all bookings are non-refundable. Practicalities If travel is required, agreed expenses may apply. Please share any accessibility, mobility, or wellbeing needs so I can plan accordingly. Confidentiality & Conduct All sessions are confidential and never recorded without consent. The day provides a safe, professional space; if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, the session may be paused or ended with no refund due. Force Majeure If unforeseen events outside our control prevent the session from going ahead (e.g. illness, travel disruption, or venue closure), we’ll reschedule as soon as possible.
