Corporate Healer
FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT MORE OUT OF BEING ALIVE
We spend a fortune adding years to our lives.
Let's put some life into those years.
Time to listen to what your mind and body are telling you.
Feel more alive in your own life, with the clarity, energy and freedom to make the choices that feel right for you.
If not now, then when?
Half an hour, free, no obligation or pitch.

WHO THIS IS FOR
People come to me for one of four reasons.
1. You want more life in your life.
You have the job, the house and the holidays you worked for, yet the things you used to enjoy don’t make you as happy as they did. What you wanted at 30 may not be what you want now and that’s no bad thing. You’d like to work out what matters to you and have some fun again, perhaps with the trip you keep putting off or the business idea you haven’t told anyone about.
2. You want to stop ending up in the same situations.
You’ve changed roles, firms and relationships, yet the same conflict seems to follow you, from office politics to the same old row at home. Your body reacts before you can think, often falling back on a role you took on as a child, like keeping the peace or getting everything right. You’d like to understand why and see it through the other person’s eyes and have more choice in how you respond.
3. You want to trust yourself again.
You’re good at what you do, yet you worry about being found out or being next for redundancy. That doubt can go back to what you learned to believe about yourself long before your career. You’d like to understand where it comes from, decide what you believe about yourself now and feel confident you can handle whatever comes next.
4. You want to feel like yourself again.
A divorce, redundancy, health diagnosis or bereavement has changed your life. You’ve held it together for everyone else and put your own feelings to one side while you got on with it. Now you’d like time to make sense of how you feel, work out who you are now and find your feet again.
When you keep pushing your feelings down to get through the day, your body starts to tell you. You get a tight chest, wake at 3am or feel tired all the time. I spent years in corporate life ignoring my body's signals. Now I help people understand what their body is telling them and how it links to their circumstances.
CLIENT STORY
MB decides what happens next now.
When MB was made redundant after fifteen years in the same company, he took it personally. He had given the job loyalty, long hours and results, and it wasn't reciprocated. The shock moved quickly to self-doubt and when he reached out to his network he felt exposed rather than supported.
His Catalyst Day gave him the conditions to examine the situation without the shock distorting his read on it. We separated what had happened from what it meant about him, two things the redundancy had collapsed together. From there we looked at what he actually wanted next: his natural working style, what had motivated him historically, and where those pointed.
Redundancy was not the end. It was the point at which he started making his own decisions about what came next.
THE CATALYST DAY
What if life could feel as good as it looks?
That is what the Catalyst Day is for. You leave knowing what you want, what you have been telling yourself about why you cannot have it and what you are going to do differently.
Insight. Agency.
EW, an events director, kept getting pulled into the same difficult dynamic at work. In one day she could see the story she had been telling herself about it and her own part in keeping it going. She stopped needing the other person to change.
We work in person or over Zoom. Before the day itself there is a call about what is going on, I create your Human Design profile and a personalised guided hypnotherapy recording for you and a few simple practices to use in the weeks running up to the day.
Afterwards you keep the tools we have worked with and we talk again once you have had time to settle into what you have discovered and start putting it into practice.

WHERE WE START
Most people can tell me what they do not want.
Part of the day is about working out what you do want, in enough detail that you can see it, feel it and start moving towards it.
Then we work backwards from there, working out what needs to change and what you need to do first.
SE runs her own day now.
SE came to me running on empty. Senior role, two young children, main earner, adrenaline doing most of the work. Work had become hostile. People she had trusted were now competing with her, and whatever position she took seemed to create friction.
On her Catalyst Day she could see how much capacity was going into managing other people's responses and how little was left for her own judgement. Once she understood what was driving her reactions she could choose her response rather than default to it.
She said no when she meant it, switched off properly and was present at home.
The job did not change. She did.
WHAT CHANGES AFTER A DAY?
What changes in the weeks afterwards.
You stop trying to change other people or to give you permission.
You walk into the same room with the same people and stand up for yourself without losing your cool.
You wake up interested in the day ahead and start making plans.
You notice when your shoulders tense or your stomach churns and you know what it is telling you.
You have the conversation you have been dodging and nobody bursts into flames.
You say yes because you want to and no without needing to justify it.
WHICH STORY ARE YOU LIVING IN?
What is the theme of your story?
Most people are convinced the problem is them. It rarely is. Three minutes will tell you which of the four themes is prevalent for you, what it is costing you and the one thing you can do about it this week.
STORY 01
The Loop
Different job, different people and the same conflict find you.
STORY 02
The Plateau
You've got everything you set out for and it feels empty. You want to feel excited about your life again.
STORY 03
The Doubt
You do not feel good enough so you hold back waiting to be found out. You have not got as far as you should have and you know it.
STORY 04
The Rebuild
Life pulled the rug out from under you. You are deciding what comes next rather than waiting to find out.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
The Catalyst Day
An exclusive, private day built around you. We work with your body, your mind and your energy to understand why you think, feel and react the way you do. You leave seeing your situation differently, calmer and with the agency to choose what you want next. It includes your Human Design profile, a personalised hypnotherapy recording and tapping you can use on your own to calm your nervous system.
START SMALLER
You don't have to start with a whole day.
Try something smaller first to see whether this work suits you and whether you can stand me for a full day.
For an interview, pitch, leadership meeting, difficult conversation you need to get right. We work through what you want to say, what you might be asked and how to handle the unexpected. We also calm the nerves so you can think on your feet on the day.
I draw on 27 years of preparing investment, sales and leadership teams for important meetings, interviews and pitches.
A profile written for you on how you naturally make decisions, use your energy and handle stress, work, relationships and money. It gives you words for the patterns that have always felt automatic.
For when something has more emotional charge than you want it to have. You tap on points on your face and body while we talk through the feeling, memory, belief or physical symptom. It calms your nervous system so the same situation stops setting you off.
For when you need rest more than talking. Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that settles your nervous system, using light touch or hands held above the body while you lie fully clothed. Available in person in Guildford, Surrey.

WHY ROSINA
I was you. Driven, ambitious and convinced there had to be more to life than this.
I loved the pace, the clients and the complexity. I also knew the politics. By 2016 I’d had three knee operations following a family accident I couldn’t talk about and a lot of time off work, which was part of why I was bullied, pushed out and made redundant. I was in pain, tense and defensive, on alert for the next attack. The accident had also changed how I saw myself and my inner critic had plenty to say about all of it. I was certain the problem was me.
It wasn't. I had built an entire identity out of stories where I was the victim, the villain, the rescuer or the peacekeeper, full of fear and anxiety, always watchful for when I would be found out. My body had been trying to tell me for years through my knee, my stomach, my slipped discs and asthma. Taking those stories apart and listening to my body gave me the freedom and the nerve to want something different.
I call myself a Corporate Healer because I know from the inside what a toxic or unsupportive workplace does to people, from the tension and broken sleep to the short fuse and the feeling of never being good enough. My role is to help you understand what your body has been telling you, take apart the stories you’ve built your identity on and choose how you want to live from here.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"I came to Rosina because I was constantly saying yes to other people and putting off the things I wanted to do. She helped me see patterns and blind spots I hadn't been fully aware of and understand why I kept getting in my own way. The Human Design report she prepared was thorough and personalised giving me a deeper understanding of myself. I left with clarity about what I want, greater confidence in my decisions and a renewed sense of direction."
SB, PROJECT MANAGER
"I came to Rosina as I was kept being pulled into a difficult dynamic at work. Rosina asked questions that were so intuitive it helped us get to the crux of the issue really quickly. She draws on a whole host of techniques so it's not a generic coaching session. I could finally see the story I was telling myself, my own behaviour and how I was perpetuating part of the problem. I no longer feel the need to change the other person. I have much more compassion and understanding of why the relationship deteriorated."
